    Function ChangedTimeDate(Const Time1, Time2:TimeDate):Boolean;

    True is  returned  if  the  date  or  time  has  changed  (Time1  and
    Time2  are  not  equal).    WeekDay   is   not  compared.   False  is
    returned if Time1 and Time2 are equal (except for WeekDay).
